Job description

  • We are currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Secretary to support our executive team for our office premises in Roumieh.
    This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our leadership office and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics Draft, format, and translate official correspondence and documents in both Arabic and English, organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, 
    Requirements: 3 - 4 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role Fluency in Arabic and English and teamwork. 
    You should have a solid background in administrative support, with a focus on outstanding Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document formatting, follow-up, and scheduling.
