Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Promoter to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals across the region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the healthcare industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the Lebanese medical market
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical products to healthcare professionals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the Lebanese healthcare sector
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our products
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for medical products in Lebanon
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects
- Proven experience in medical product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- In-depth knowledge of medical products, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Sales certifications are a plus
- Thorough understanding of the medical products industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of the Lebanese healthcare system and market
- Familiarity with local medical regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French language skills are a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales trends
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and record-keeping
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service
