Job description

Customer Experience Executive – Welcome Desk (Retail Branch Banking)

Location: Ahmedabad | Role Type: Individual Contributor

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused executive to manage the Welcome Desk at our bank branches. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing deliverables (welcome kits, cards, cheque books), ensuring smooth branch operations, and promoting digital banking usage. The role also includes basic sales support, complaint resolution, and ensuring audit compliance. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of banking or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Graduate / Post-Graduate

Should have a Pwd certificate or UDID Card

Purpose:

  • Deliver best-in-class branch services, including welcome kits, chequebooks, debit/ATM cards, and Tatkal kits.

  • Resolve customer queries/issues promptly within TAT.

  • Promote adoption of digital banking channels (Net Banking, Mobile App, Pay‑Zapp).

  • Support branch sales targets and ensure audit readiness at the welcome desk.
