Job description

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and requirements.
  • Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.

Internal Communication & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and updates.

Execution & On-Site Management:

  • Manage event setup and execution, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (beneficial not mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Budgeting and financial management skills
