Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes, improving efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed projects
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform statistical analyses to support data-driven decision-making
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Participate in project teams to implement operational improvements
  • Provide analytical support for strategic planning and forecasting activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
  • Expertise in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and workflow analysis
  • Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
