Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Secretary role is to ensure smooth operation of our office by effectively managing schedules, organizing meetings, overseeing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. An indispensable component in our office setup, the Secretary also needs to be adept at multitasking to meet our demanding deadlines.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and streamline professional schedules.
- Organize meetings, including setting up conference rooms and arranging refreshments
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, mails, and faxes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth operations
- Use office software to create reports, spread sheets, and presentations
- Provide efficient administrative support
- Proven experience as a secretary or a relevant role
- Strong administrative support skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
