Job description

As an Associate within our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in delivering complex Infrastructure projects and maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate with senior team members, provide technical input, and help ensure the smooth execution of multiple Infrastructure projects.

  • To provide technical and project management leadership to support the project team in successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Should have exposure in supporting bidding and resource management.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior engineers and project team members.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable solutions for infrastructure project challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in supporting project audits.
  • Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
  • Conduct technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Guidance to the team for a clash free BIM Model
  • Master's degree in Transportation Engineering & BTech in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in road and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD & Civil 3D
  • Having experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects and has the ability to lais with multi disciplines
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • In-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulations
  • Expertise in sustainable and innovative road construction techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
