Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
15+ years of experience in project control or related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects in construction, engineering, and rail projects
Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Excel
Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets
Expertise in risk management, performance metrics, and KPI development
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
In-depth understanding of local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia
Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, AACE International certifications) are a plus
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and mentoring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
