We are seeking a highly experienced Engineer specialising in Roads and Highways to join our esteemed engineering firm in Bengaluru, India. As a key technical leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in the region.

  • Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams
  • Develop innovative and sustainable solutions for transportation infrastructure challenges
  • Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in road(Land/Residential Development Projects) and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Familiarity with Navisworks Software
  • Should have delivered projects with BIM compliance
  • In-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulations
  • Expertise in sustainable and innovative road design techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Professional Engineering (C Eng) certification or equivalent
