Associate Principal Engineer, Devops

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 9 years+
• Strong experience in Architecture and Data Platform Implementation
• Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps (Must Have) and GitHub Actions (Must Have)
• Solid understanding of DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering
• Experience in enterprise-scale tool and platform integrations
• Knowledge of security, infrastructure, and compliance integration practices
• Experience defining standardized integration patterns, templates, and workflows
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and scalable system design
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong documentation and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrate enterprise tools and platforms into GitHub, Azure DevOps, and DevOps CoE ecosystem
• Act as the central authority for toolchain integrations and platform enablement
• Design and implement scalable, reusable integration frameworks and patterns
• Govern security and infrastructure integration requests ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and engineering teams for seamless integrations
• Enable centralized platform capabilities for multiple application teams
• Support onboarding of new tools and technologies into the DevOps ecosystem
• Ensure integrations meet scalability, reliability, maintainability, and auditability standards
• Provide guidance, documentation, and enablement support to engineering teams
• Continuously improve integration processes, tooling, and platform efficiency

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
