Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an accounting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative/tax issues and accountancy of the groups of the companies under management.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issued and received invoices registration.
  • Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.
  • Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…).
  • Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.
  • Banks reconciliations.
  • Accruing of the projects´ incomes.
  • Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M…).
  • Documentation management (physical and digital archive).
  • Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books.
  • Elaboration of several questionnaires received from INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística).

Key Requirements:

  • Accounting and tax knowledge of small and medium companies
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to meet deadlines with several clients
  • Strong Aptitude for math, attention to detail
  • Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
  • English Fluent

Studies

  • Economics Degree
