Job description
The 6 Month contract role is focused on the design and development of learning experiences to support Mazda Australia and its dealer network. It will provide facilitation support as needed, and assist with the design and development of blended learning programs for Mazda Australia.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role:
- Design, develop and implement blended learning experiences in line with organisational strategies and business requirements.
- Develop creative customised eLearning materials that meet briefings provided by training specialists and subject matter experts
- Create graphical interfaces for eLearning programs, as well as media and interactions for deployment within eLearning modules to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to determine the learning needs from an individual and organisational perspective.
- Investigate, trial, recommend and implement new technologies (e.g. xAPI, mobile learning, VR/AR) that can enhance the effectiveness of our overall Blended Learning strategy.
- Curate Mazda Australia’s Learning Management System (LMS) by updating user graphics (e.g. Banners) and maintaining the collection of online learning assets.
To be successful in the role, you would need to have:
Degree qualification in Training & Education, Human Resources, Multimedia, Instructional Design or equivalent
Extensive experience in Learning and Development.
Certificate IV in Training and assessment
Experience in Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate.
Experience in instructional design for online - and other technology-based learning solutions.
Demonstrated advanced skills in developing SCORM packages.
Demonstrated advanced skills in using web development, graphic design and video editing software applications.
Knowledge of contemporary learning and development theory, practice and adult learning strategies and application of 70:20:10 model
Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills with a flair for engaging and motivating participants.
