Job description

Summary

Advantech is seeking a skilled HRIS Specialist to join our team. As an HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our HCM system, as well as supporting the implementation of HCM in our overseas regions and participate in HR DX projects.

Responsibilities of the role:

1. Workday HCM Maintenance:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Workday, including user support, data integrity, and system configurations (Core HCM, Recruiting, or Talent Optimization.)

  • Stay updated with Workday system upgrades and enhancements, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features to improve HR processes.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights on HR metrics.

  • Provide training and support to employees on new features.

2. Participate in HR DX projects.

3. Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and system management principles.

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role, especially in Workday administration.

  • Experience in HR system rollout in international locations is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with global team members.
