Job description
JOB ROLE SUMMARY
A dynamic and diverse role requiring extensive analytical, data product and business skills applied through the execution of data including, development, and creation of data content for use in data products and solutions. Responsible for data analysis, reporting, and technology implementations using industry leading principles, methodologies, and programs. These analytic activities are typically product or solution based designed for use by many clients or the focus of a single client who requires custom research and data development to solve a specific business problem. The Analyst is a thought leader who is innovative and logical and aware of current privacy/compliance laws and one who has the ability to participate and contribute to all facets of the data life cycle either independently or as part of a team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire key competencies related to technology, analytics, and software.
- Learn to manage, mobilize and analyze data.
- Capture, create, and/or translate data for inclusion in products or models.
- Demonstrate ability to develop basic modeling skills, master processes required to input data, process it, develop models, and score IB.
- Performs quality audits to improve data quality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science) or related degree programs and/or 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred
- Analysis, basic modeling.
- Fluency in data software packages (SAS, SPSS).
- Entry-knowledge of Statistical Software for data management & modeling.
- Experience with programming languages with math inclination.
Travel %
- < 10% travel
