Process Technician

Job description
- Participate in the manufacturing concept based on product architecture and requirements for robust processes
- Give input to the manufacturing concept based on experience in production, lean principles, and robust processes
- Establishes an adequate project base
- Helps build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project
- Tailors optional activities according to the projects needs and ensure compliance to the processes.
- Take responsibility in failure analysis of 0-KM and other product issues, review/communicate the impact on manufacturing activities and work closely with the QMP, NPL and Manufacturing team.
- Support and ensure quality compliance and control while increasing line capacity and productivity through process control and improvement activities.
- Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
- 2 years vocational graduate
- Must have a minimum experience of 2 years in manufacturing industry
- Must be familiar in the control plan and or process work flow, knowledgeable in IATF 16949, Environment, Health & Safety, layered process audit, visual tools and operators' instruction
