Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Value Proposition Development
- Design and refine compelling value propositions tailored to target segments.
- Align propositions with overall business strategy and customer insights.
Communication & Advocacy
- Ensure consistent messaging across brand collateral, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Review and approve all value proposition materials in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams.
Market Analysis & Research
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Leverage customer experience (CX) data and digital performance metrics to inform strategy.
Business Case Development: Build robust business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across branches, digital, call centres, and other business units to ensure cohesive execution.
Performance Measurement
- Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of value propositions.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Competitive Differentiation
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Leverage existing propositions to enhance market positioning.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Promote ethical decision-making and transparency.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in strategic marketing, product management, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial services and target customer segments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure and optimize campaign and acquisition performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment and lead initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
