Position: Module Lead
Location: Bengaluru
Primary Skills: AIRBUS PMT (CATIA V5/V6, VPM, PDM, TreND, ICC-CADB, ICC-ACP, APS, ACC2, TAKSY, GILDA), Product Structure, DMU knowledge, CM basics
Additional Skills: Change Process Knowledge (MP, MOD, CIN, CMPM process), Technical Change Management Process (TRS, TD, MAS)
Education: B.E./ B.Tech. (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial/Production)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- A good team player responsible for supporting all tasks related AIRBUS Configuration Management, Change Process, Technical Change Management activities using AIRBUS methodologies (AIRBUS PMT including PDM / TDM tools)
- Interfaces with customers/stakeholders to analyze the requirements and plan/prepare project timelines, technical solutions and competent enough to manage a small team of <5 people when needed in close association with onshore colleagues and customer.
- Holds ownership of deliverables with full accountability for activity execution, closing of assigned tasks with OTD/OQD and effective communication with all project stakeholders
- Capture best practices, build knowledge repository, and process documents (including training materials creation) to train new team members when needed
- Responsible for proposing and building new concepts, proactiveness in new idea generation, research and analyze product/process improvement opportunities to support around Configuration Management teams of AIRBUS with key focus on Change Process, Technical Change Management using existing and 3D-Experience tool sets
- Create quick win PoC (Proof of Concepts) / Use Cases and solution proposals related to customer pain points and present the results to the stakeholders.
Detailed Candidate Profile / Required Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in AIRBUS Process, Methods, and Tools or at least 1+ year of experience in Airbus Configuration Management activities which includes Airbus Change Process
- Must have sound knowledge of AIRBUS product structure.
- Previous work experience or basic knowledge on Configuration management process topics like A/C Change Process, Change Items like RFC (Request for Change), CR (Change Request), MP (Modification Proposal), MOD (Modification) and Change Documents like TRS (Technical repercussion sheets) with fair amount of knowledge or experience in Design and Quality check of AIRBUS Structural, Systems and Cabin/Interior components.
- Hands-on experience in ICC-CADB, ICC-ACP, APS, ACC-2 tool will be an added value.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, flexible and agile enough to meet the expected deliverables to achieve common business goals & objectives.
