Job Description – Electrician Maintenance Department

Job Title:  Maintenance Electrician.

Reports to: Engineering Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Looking for Electrician with 5+ yrs Exp. in Plant Maintenance

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Danfoss, Panasonic AC & servo Drive Troubleshoot.
• Electrical breakdown, shift handling.
• Plant wiring & general electrical jobs.

4.Knowledge of DG changeover & HT/LT Panels.

• Knowledge of electrical drawing (SLD)
• Knowledge of basic starters DOL, Star delta & Relay logic.
• Install new electrical components Like-Temp. Controllers + Timers/counters and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving production needs.

8.Test and calibrate sensors, actuators, and basic of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) I/O Tracing + checking.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels, motors, PLCs, and control systems.
• Knowledge of Electrical safety norms.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong technical and analytical proficiency with the ability to multi-task effectively and thrive in a team environment.
• Basic Computer Skills.
