Unit: Home Health Unit Description: PT degree; Minimum 1 yr HH experience. 4-5 pt /daily. Avg miles 60-90 daily. Computer charting exp - Cerner or Roadnotes preferred. AHA CPR certified. CA Licensed. Day shift, M-F, infrequent weekends. Position is located in beautiful Mendocino County! 45 minutes from the Pacific Ocean, 2 hours from San Francisco, 20 minutes from lakes and the GIANT redwoods!
