- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, answering any initial inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, seeking resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest information, and daily transactions.
- Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
- Prepare treatment rooms for each guest, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Assist therapists with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
- Promote spa memberships, packages, and special offers.
- Provide information about spa events and promotions.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite or similar software.
