About the Role
Lead Pearl Outlet as a hands-on, guest-focused Outlet Manager, driving exceptional dining experiences, strong commercial results, and a high-performing team within a luxury hotel environment.
What you will be doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pearl Outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency.
Lead, coach, and develop the outlet team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.
Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability through effective planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, while continuously enhancing quality and guest experience.
Your experience and skills include:
College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
