As HR Operation Staff (payroll-focused), you will handle the following:
- Payroll calculation and HRIS administration
- BPJS administration
- Staff contracts and orientation services
- Other HR administrative tasks to support smooth operations
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
✔ Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Available to join ASAP is a plus
