HR Operations Staff

Job Description

As HR Operation Staff (payroll-focused), you will handle the following:

• Payroll calculation and HRIS administration
• BPJS administration
• Staff contracts and orientation services
• Other HR administrative tasks to support smooth operations

✔ Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology/Management preferred)

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, or administration (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

✔ Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Available to join ASAP is a plus
