Job description
A Fortune 500 manufacturing giant urgently looking for Customer Service IV who will be involved interacting with the client distributors, dealer networks, OEM dealer network, or end user customers in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
· Making calls and talking to the various parties and maintaining Excel spreadsheet that will contain specific information for products.
· Multi-tasking ability with computer and phone.
· Track progress of individual unit completion in order to provide daily/weekly updates of progress.
· Understanding the needs of the department to ensure things are handled properly.
· Help connect and coordinate two field actions for product upfit.
· High School Diploma or GED required minimum / Higher Education Preferred.
· Fluent use of Excel is required and candidate must be able to self start and manage the work load.
· Customer support skills -Making calls and talking to the various parties listed above.
· Previous experience with computer applications, such as Word and PowerPoint.
· Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
