Job Title: Software programmer
Duration: 12 months (could go beyond)
Software programmer with design experience on ‘Spotfire” suite.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
- Demonstrate the ability to help team members
- Demonstrate awareness about competitors and industry
- Make basic technology choices based on experience
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, software and product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring and testing techniques
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Understand core data structures and algorithms and implements them using language of choice
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field
- 5 years’ experience in developing software and in the software development life cycle
- Extensive experience with ‘Spotfire” suite.
