Human Resources Manager (REF N/HRM/2013)

Our client is an  established construction company, with head office in port Harcourt, rivers state, quarry in auchi, Edo state and branches in other Niger delta states, requires qualified candidates (local and Expatriate ) to fill this position:

Qualifications:

First degree in Hr/Management/law/humanities/social sciences and relevant qualifications

A higher degree such as MBA/MPA/MILR and or relevant professional degrees or certificates will be added advantage.

Minimum of 10 years post graduation experience with high proficiency in MS offices. Prior exchange in a construction company will be a major advantage.

Membership of any relevant professional body is a must

Age 35/45 years old

Must have sound knowledge of labour laws, employees compensation act, pension reforms act, ITF act etc.

Must also cognate ability to do the following

Manage employee welfare schemes and advise management periodically.
