Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive director HR and Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of group HR function with specific focus on aligning HR with business strategy, developing portfolio, reviewing and evaluating operating mechanism.
Control manpower cost at group level.
Participate in management discussion on business strategy and align the HR function with business strategies.
Initiate and monitor company sponsored compensation market surveys, participate in sponsored market surveys and analyze survey observation for management.
Manage strategic HR processes including manpower planning, talent management, leadership development, leadership development, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, career planning, succession planning etc.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in social science).
MBA/post graduate diploma in HR and IR from a reputed institute/university.
A minimum 15 years experience with at least 7 years in management level.
Experience leading the HR function of a large FMCG/manufacturing organization with proven leadership track record.
Good knowledge of ERP applications e.g. SAP and oracle.
