Job description
Serve customers by providing informing, resolving service problems . must be a female freash graduate, which has satisfactory completed NYSC:
opens customer accounts by recording account information.
maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting the explaining the best solution to solve the problems, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
prepares services reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
