Head of Projects

Our company is a well-established real estate and property development firm located in Lagos. We need suitable candidates for this position:

A good first degree in quantity surveying from a reputable institution. A higher degree in engineering and/or an MBA will be added advantage.

Relevant project management certification (s) will be a distinct advantage.

A minimum of 8 years cognate experience in similar positions is desired.

Working knowledge of project management tools is essential.

Hands on experience in project scheduling and monitoring, project engineering and costing, as well as the tendering and procurement processes.

Strong knowledge of multi project operations.

Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.

Ability to coordinate and simultaneously align various operations sites.

Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
