Chef and Kitchen Production Manager

He/She should possess the following qualification abilities and attitudes

B.Sc in Food technology/ Hotel and catering management or any other food science discipline (minimum degree). To perform this job successfully the applicants must be able to perform the listed essential functions satisfactorily.

At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.

Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize waste.

Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the kitchen management records are updated at all times.
