Job description
- Management of operations and revenue with relationship management with clients to achieve the planned revenue targets.
- Provides day-to-day operational direction, strategic guidance, supervision for all business processes by linking the operations, strategy and vision of the company.
- Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- First degree in Civil/Building/Electrical/Estate Management and a higher degree in Business or Management.
- 8-10 years post qualification experience with a Grade ‘A’ construction/property Management Company.
