Job description
- Management and Supervision of the entire property.
- Coordinate and manage all activities of contractors, suppliers and artisans to ensure they adhere to all site requirements.
- Overall responsibility for the upkeep of entire property to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required.
- Ensure daily management of Estate infrastructure, and respond to tenants concerns and grievances in a timely manner, thus ensuring tenants are satisfied.
- Coordinate and improve security processes and activities at all the flats.
Job Requirements.
- A Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management or any other related field, and M.Sc is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
