Job description
The Finance/Admin Officer shall report to the Chairman/CEO and have the following key responsibilities.
Developing a dsound accounting management and administration procedure for the company and ensuring that accounts operations and financial control are prepared and the following through with their implementation.
Seeing to the daily book keeping functions of the company and promote fiscal discipand optimum utilization of resources.
Ensuring that relevant financial reports are up to date and are presented on time to the chairman/CEO
Liaising with Banks, clients and other regulatory bodies and ensuring that the company is up to date with statutory requirements.
Performing all other finance and administrative functions within the purview of financial planning, internal control and prudent resource management.
The candidate who should be between the age of 35 and 45 must possess a B.Sc or HND degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or any other numerate discipline from a reputable institution
Must have minimum of 5 years professional experience and demonstratable ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting softwares will also be required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation essential.
