Job description
Implement Customer Service policies, procedures and standards for all business units of the Group.
Keep up to date with changes and improvement with the Group's products and services, and inform customers accordingly
Monitor operations in all business units to ensure that customers receive excellent service
Logs customers' complaints such as security, theft, accident issues to the Head of Department
Work with Human Resources Department to organize programmes to train staff on high level customer service delivery.
B.Sc or HND in Social Science Discipline
Experience in sales of power product and services.
Membership of professional bodies (e.g Customer Care Institute) will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, take and provide feedback in a pleasant and positive manner.
Must have very good interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills and sound grasp of the Group's business Philosophy, products and services, skills and deliver work effectively.
