Job description
Would promote and help resolve queries of the customers.
To develop rapport with the customer base,greet by name,have knowledge of account ownership. Maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers business confidential. To follow code of business and ethics and other related policies,maintain ethical and friendly behavior at all times. Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude.
A degree from a reputable higher institution.
Must not be more than 27 years.
1-2 years experience needed
Must have excellent communication skills,very fluent,conversant,cheerful and tolerant.
Ability to work to tight dead line
