• SharePoint Online and Office 365 Administration Functions
• General SharePoint End-User Support
• SharePoint solutions, or applications, can be developed to solve business problems and meet business requirements using out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality such as lists, libraries, web parts, site templates, forms, and workflow
