Need Business Systems Analyst

Description:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and eight years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

This contractor will assist in a Requirements and Testing capacity. They will be responsible for review of the Requirements Traceability matrix post SI testing, authoring iteration and UAT test plans, iteration and UAT test cases, creating or obtaining test data, and monitoring of testing activities including coordination with SI and monitoring bugs and defects found during testing.

Required Skills And Experience:

• Experience with user role based testing.
• Experience with authoring test management plans for users.
• Experience document test cases, scenarios, etc
• Experience creating test data to support test cases, scenarios, etc.
• Experience managing with defect management with non specific tools.
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel and Word.

Communication with non-technical testers for validation of bugs/defects
