Job description
We are looking to fill a position for HR Admin in Mason OH.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2 years of Employee Relations experience or related HR / Management experience Excellent collaboration, customer service, communications and interpersonal skills Excellent written, verbal, active listening and comprehension skills Demonstrates customer sensitivity; including development of consultative approach to resolve issues Ability to remain calm and demonstrate flexibility in high pressure situations Strong consultative and analytic skills and ability to exercise independent judgment based on core policies and practices of the Company Ability to conduct investigations in a neutral manner Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law Computer skills - Excel and Microsoft Word are required
