Job description
The Wholesale Specialized Lending and Investment (SLI) organization is looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant or Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce implementation experience. This individual will be working with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Asset Management team on a custom development project, which will allow them to centralize and automate their Asset Management capabilities. In addition, this individual will be support Business as usual efforts for line of business.
Specific Job Duties Include
Lead requirement gathering sessions and work with users to define business requirements and analytical needs.
Partner with Technology to provide documentation to support Technology Sizing and Technical implementations
Partner with Business Project Managers to provide project documentation as needed.
Support related User and System Testing Activities
Provide scalable and supportable business architecture framework for custom functionality
Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture
Organizes, leads, and facilitates redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires specialized knowledge or skill critical to the redesign effort.
Develops root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates.
Identifies and manages resources, including cross-entity members, to successfully execute projects.
Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
6+ years business process/ analysis experience.
4 year degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
4 years banking experience, including Lending experience
Strong Agile development Methodology experience
Preferred Salesforce Certifications
Certified Administrator

Ability to think strategically and not limited to immediate time frame. Possess expert-level technical and critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively lead both in-person and remote cross functional requirements gathering sessions.
