We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Agent to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing internal and external communications to ensure a consistent and engaging message is delivered across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for internal communications, press releases, social media, and newsletters.
• Manage relationships with media contacts and coordinate press inquiries and interviews.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular communication reports and analytics.
• Coordinate and support events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the organization and its services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
