Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
