• Design experience for application-specific contexts: UI controls, iconography, device resolution, typography, color, layout, etc.
• Leading design ideation sessions
• Designing within the confines of standards and patterns while knowing how to innovate within them
• Be equally comfortable solving tactical and blue sky design problems
• The ability to work with engineering teams and product managers
• Experience with usability testing
