Job description

Overview Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 based on experience and credentials Location Type: On-site Position Type: Full Time Processes, meters, and distributes all incoming and outgoing US postal and interoffice mail for the entire Credit Union. Receives, stores, and distributes various credit union supplies. Responsibilities • Processes, meters, and distributes all incoming and outgoing US postal and interoffice mail for the entire Credit Union • Picks up US mail from the post office • Opens and sorts all incoming mail • Delivers and picks up mail on the Main Campus • Prepares daily courier bags for mail delivery to service centers • Receives and stores shipments of business forms, paper, printing products, and other supplies • Prepares and delivers orders of such for back office departments • Prepares shipments for courier delivery to service centers • Maintains stock of kitchen supplies in all Main Campus break rooms • Orders janitorial and kitchen supplies from approved vendors as needed • Reports any broken or malfunctioning break room appliances to management for repair or replacement • Assists in set up of training rooms and meeting rooms for classes, meetings, and other events • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge • Complete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • One to two years experience working in a mailroom or warehouse environment • Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record • Previous experience operating warehouse equipment such as hydraulic pallet jack and freight elevator • Basic knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance necessary to successfully perform job responsibilities.
