Participates in organizational workflows, training sessions, and team discussions to build skills and contribute to team initiatives. Communicates progress and challenges effectively, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to organizational policies and procedures. Provides valuable exposure to healthcare operations and fosters professional growth through collaboration, mentorship, and feedback.
