Booking.com (USA), Inc, one of the support companies in the United States, is seeking a full time Market Team Manager in our lovely Austin, Texas Office! As a Market Team Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Team Members while collaborating with your Area Manager to improve hotel availability and supply. You will also build quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to Booking.com BV in order to meet the demands of the visitors on our website. What You'll Be Doing: Managing and coaching a team to achieve both organizational and individual objectives Responsible for internal and external recruitment activities in the team Driving the development of individuals, using frameworks and tools to motivate the team Maintaining a strong relationship with the important partners to achieve targets and growth Maintaining ties with partners through accompanying team members on visits, events and industry conferences Participate in various partner events with the objective to support business results. Be the market expert by understanding the spectrum of the competitors and the landscape of partners Reviewing team targets’ pace to ensure meeting business goals by guiding and coaching the team in planning and prioritizing Be the expert on the operational side to drive efficiency and effectiveness What You'll Bring: Solution and results oriented Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team Analytical skills Excellent commercial skills Excellent communication Ability to multitask & be flexible You are required to live within a commutable distance from your assigned office location What We'll Provide: Booking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
