Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective Group (WBC) holds the company’s functional nutrition brands and the portfolio of brands that includes Equilibra (Italy) and US acquired brands Olly, LiquidIV, Nutrafol, SmartyPants, Welly and Onnit. Each brand is completely unique and focused on giving consumers superior experiences within their respective spaces and target segments. The Assoc. Mgr HR, Wellbeing will support the WBC HR Business Partners by leading and/or supporting the interventions that deliver the people priorities for the GBU. This role is a trusted partner for our HRBPs, enabling HRBPs to focus on longer-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent + People Processes
- Own execution of WBC talent programs, partnering with HRBPs on design and strategic alignment
- Manage Talent Review and Annual Pay Review process, in partnership with HRBPs
- Deliver the WBC Learning Calendar
- Share and implement best practices across the Wellbeing Talent Acquisition and HRBP community via Practioner Forums and Quarterly LinkedIn reviews
- Contribute to leadership and executive development programs
- Use talent data to proactively identify risks and opportunities, and recommend options to address
Reward
- Own offer creation for internal promotions and movements
- Support preparation for Internal WBC & B&W Compensation Committee meetings, including data analysis, agenda, and materials
- Lead annual Wellbeing benchmarking, providing insights and recommendations
Change & Organizational Support
- Contribute to organization design and operating model evolution efforts
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver change initiatives - support planning, communication, and implementation
Culture & Engagement
- Partner with International HRBP on initiatives global engagement and culture initiatives
- HR4HR Responsibility across the Wellbeing Operating Company P&C teams, including engagement and upskilling activities
- Develop and embed best practices for AI usage
Collaboration & Relationships
- Coach managers on performance, development, feedback, and change leadership
- Build strong relationships across Wellbeing Collective and HR teams
- Partner with HRBPs with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Communicate with leaders on trends, risks, and people insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred)
- 5+ years with HR Generalist experience; reward/compensation experience preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide insights to all levels of the organization
- Strong communication and writing skills for preparing content, presentations, and employee communications.
- Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end outcomes
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and partner effectively across levels.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
