Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Unit Specialist to join our dynamic program team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between various stakeholders, including the development team, and senior management, to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define/document and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Program strategic goals and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the business unit and the product development team, facilitating effective communication and information exchange.
  • Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end customer journey - needs, pain points, and preferences to develop the TOM user process.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring clear visibility into the module’s development timeline, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ country end user to ensure effective launches and ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations, playbacks and presentations to stakeholders/ users
  • Develop business Case / justification for the change to the module.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to drive iterative product enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
