Successful candidates will join the IT Organization, which is part of a multifunction service and technical center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.

The Web Developer (FrontEnd / UX) role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining usercentric web applications using Angular and modern frontend technologies. This position emphasizes UX, usability, and responsive design, ensuring highquality user experiences across devices and screen sizes.  The role will contribute directly to the Pricing tool modernization initiative, including the replacement of the actual tool platform, working closely with Pricing stakeholders to simplify complex workflows and improve analyst productivity. The developer will collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, performant, and scalable web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.

  • Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, maintainable, and reusable frontend code.

  • Focus on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency, ensuring web interfaces are intuitive and aligned with user workflows.

  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions are both functional and visually appealing.

  • Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs by collaborating with serverside teams using technologies such as .NET, Python, or Node.js.

  • Participate in testing and debugging activities to ensure crossbrowser compatibility, performance, and reliability.

  • Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability, following web standards and best practices.

  • Use Git (preferably Azure DevOps) for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.

  • Maintain clear documentation for frontend components, UX patterns, and development workflows.

  • Stay up to date with emerging frontend and UX trends, frameworks, and best practices, applying them where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • 46 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on frontend development and UI/UX.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Handson experience with Angular (or similar frameworks such as React)

  • Experience creating responsive and adaptive designs for different devices and screen sizes

  • Basic understanding of backend technologies such as .NET, Python, or Node.js for effective collaboration (not deep ownership).

  • Experience using Git in a teambased development environment.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for debugging and improving frontend applications.

  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field.

  • Experience working on enterprise or commercial web applications.

  • Familiarity with UX principles, accessibility standards, and design systems.

  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD to collaborate with designers.

  • Exposure to pricing, financial, or SAPintegrated systems.

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments.

  • Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.

  • Web or frontend certifications are a plus.
