Threataware
Creative Web Developer
Salary
Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Creative Web Developer to own ThreatAware's web presence and brand identity. You'll sit in the Marketing team and be the technical and creative force behind our websites, landing pages, conversion funnels, and visual brand. Fast, beautiful, conversion-optimised — you care about every pixel and every millisecond. You'll build the web experiences that tell our story.
WHY THREATAWARE?
ThreatAware gives security teams a single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. 150+ integrations, deploys in under 30 minutes, real-time visibility across entire IT estates. Finance, legal, energy, healthcare — they trust us to show them what's protected and what isn't.
Now we're building something bigger. Six years of accurate cyber asset data, and we're layering AI on top of it — new ways for security teams to interrogate their data, automate workflows, and act on risk before it becomes a problem. You'll build the web experiences that tell that story and turn visitors into customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical side of ThreatAware's digital presence.
- Build and maintain a fast, secure, accessible marketing website and high-converting landing pages for demand generation campaigns.
- Implement and manage analytics and tracking (GA4, HubSpot) — measure everything, A/B test, and optimise based on data.
- Develop interactive web tools, resource hubs, and experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Creative Lead and Demand Generation to bring campaigns and product stories to life on the web.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong TypeScript skills — you'll be writing it every day, so it needs to feel like home.
- You have a genuine eye for design and detail. You build responsive, accessible, beautiful web experiences and you notice when something's slightly off
- You're hands-on with analytics: GA4 implementation, HubSpot integration, conversion tracking, and A/B testing are all familiar territory
- You're comfortable working across the full stack — CMS platforms, backend services, APIs, and serverless architecture included
- You understand that marketing web work is performance work: speed, conversion, and accessibility aren't nice-to-haves, they're the job
- Bonus: experience with Next.js and React, or product-led growth web experiences.
