Position Summary: Wingate University is seeking applicants for several part-time clinical adjunct teaching positions in the areas below.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clinical instruction to prelicensure BSN students

  • One facility/semester

  • Assignments could include med-surg, maternity, pediatrics, mental health, emergency department, intensive care units, or others, based on the applicant’s clinical experience, physical location, and department needs.

• Maintain clinical facility health/immunization requirements

• Meet NC Board of Nursing requirements within three years of employment

• Alignment with University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap

• Other job duties/responsibilities may be assigned

Education and Experience:  Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in nursing; a bachelor’s degree in nursing and 2 years of clinical experience is required.
