Non-negotiables

• Strong product taste; rapid prototyping; zero-to-one ownership.
• Stack: Next.js/React, Tailwind/shadcn, edge/serverless (Vercel/Cloudflare), tRPC/GraphQL, file & data sync, and authentication
• Can wire model endpoints, observability hooks, feature flags, and experiment toggles.

Tech signals

• Portfolio of polished AI demos in production
• Built design systems and shipped them; cares about performance budgets.
